The original Speedwriting shorthand came into being in the early 20's because Emma Dearborn, a premier shorthand instructor was dissatisfied with the symbol shorthands for teaching. These Vintage Speedwriting Books were originally published in 1923! this set of Vintage Speedwriting Books is copyright 1954. Volumes 1, 2 and 3. Great vintage condition, still strongly bound and all pages are attached firmly. Some of the assignment pages at the back have been removed.
